Additional Fees

Your arrangement with Goza will be documented in a written agreement. The below provides further information regarding specific fees which apply to your agreement with Goza. If you have any questions, please get in contact with us at 1300 000 000.

Goza Drive Agreement, for most customers from 1 October 2025 (check the terms of your Goza Drive Agreement) includes:*

Payout Protection Fee

Goza Management Fee

Loss and Damage Cover, Loss and Damage Waiver and Loss and Damage Waiver Reduction Fee

If you have chosen to include Loss and Damage Cover as part of your Flexi-Own Agreement with Goza, then, as noted above, you will not be liable for the Goza Management Fee. For more information on our Loss and Damage Cover, please see our FAQ’s or speak with our team at 1300 000 000.

  1. Loss and Damage Payment – this is a weekly payment and represents the “cost” of the coverage / indemnification we provide in the event of an accident or other loss – this will vary depending on your vehicle, so speak with our team at 1300 000 000 to find out more.

    • Replacement Vehicle Inclusion - this is an optional weekly payment “add on” (which is part of, and increases your Loss and Damage Payment) to provide you with a replacement vehicle in the event of an accident or breakdown
    • Additional Mileage Charge and Additional Driver Fee will also apply if you take out Loss and Damage Cover and are otherwise applicable
  2. Loss and Damage Waiver – this payment is $1,500 and is required for Goza to waive its rights to seek recovery from the customer in the event of damage or loss (subject to the terms and conditions of the Goza Drive Agreement) so that the customer can get the vehicle back on the road as soon as possible because Goza will handle the rest.
  3. Loss and Damage Waiver Reduction Fee – optional weekly payment, payable by the customer to Goza, which reduces the Loss and Damage Waiver payable by the event of an Accident or damage to the vehicle. This will vary depending on your vehicle, so speak with our team at 1300 000 000 to find out more.

Goza charges a one-off Set-Up Fee of $990 for New Goza Drive Plans or $495 for Pre-Owned Goza Drive Plans as payment to cover Goza’s genuine pre-estimate of its costs in connection with setting you up on our systems and related administrative tasks and ordering your Vehicle. The Set-Up Fee is non-refundable. If Goza cannot provide your Vehicle within one month of the Estimated Delivery Date (as set out in your Quote), you can request the Set-Up Fee to be refunded. It will be refunded within 7 days of receiving your bank details. Any Set-Up Fee paid in relation to your vehicle is not transferable to another vehicle. Initial Contributions

Some Goza Drive Agreements may include the requirement to pay an Initial Contribution.

An Initial Contribution is the payment you make prior to the commencement of the agreement identified as the “Initial Contribution” in your Quote from Goza. The Initial Contribution proportionally reduces your Weekly Vehicle Payment. The Term of your agreement will remain the same, however, your Weekly Vehicle Payment will be less. Again, not all Flexi-Own Agreements require an Initial Contribution.

The Initial Contribution is non-refundable. If Goza cannot provide your Vehicle within one month of the Estimated Delivery Date (as set out in your Quote), you can request that it be refunded. It will be refunded within 7 days of receiving your bank details. Any Initial Contribution Fee paid in relation to your vehicle is not transferable to another vehicle. There may be other fees and charges which will only apply in certain circumstances, such as a fee when you miss a payment or when you wish to add an additional driver. Details of all such additional possible fees are set out in the Flexi-Own Agreement which will be provided to you when you sign a Quote with Goza.
